We will first get in touch with you to discuss your overall requirements, practices and aesthetics – how you want to use your garden space and what plants or garden style you like. For this, we need some photos of your area and an architectural plan with dimensions – in case you do not have them, we can get them on the spot.

Once we know your requirements, we present you with a design offer – it usually costs around € 1.50 / m². We also show you drawings and photos of other gardens we have made so you can see the pattern of our work before we begin the design process.

Here is the actual design of your garden. This is presented in a floor plan, accompanied by photos of plants, annotations and 3D rendering of key areas. Along with the plan, we will send you detailed offers for your garden. These contain all the plants, materials and construction costs – the exact cost of completing the garden.

We meet at the Solomou Garden Center, where we can discuss the plan and the offers and confirm or change decisions. You will also be able to see all the plants and materials that will be used in your garden – you can book for specific plants or choose different sizes accordingly.

Once you are satisfied with the design and confirm your plants, we can set a schedule to start construction – for this we need a small down payment of about the total amount, about 50%. For a new project, the construction of the garden takes place after all those who participated in the construction of the building, finish and leave. During the garden construction process, we will often come to the site to oversee our team and make sure the work is done perfectly and according to plan.
